Booking Conditions
All fees are payable in full prior to the date of the conference. Cancellations received less than 10 working days before the start of the conference will be subject to the full fee. For non-attendance at the conference there will be no refunds and the full fee will be payable. Substitutions may be made at any time. GI reserves the right to cancel the conference if insufficient bookings have been received and delegates will then be offered a full refund of the conference fee. GI reserves the right to make changes to the programme. GI will not be liable for any consequential loss of travel or accommodation fees due to the cancellation of the conference.
